The Goal of this Website

After watching diets and exercise routines come and go over the last 20 years,
I've decided to put my experiences down on paper. I am not a doctor,
scientist, nutritionist, I would not even call myself a trainer. Although I've
given out advice on diets and workouts to numerous individuals, what I do I do
for my own health and well being and for the benefit of those that have asked
for help. I've never charged for my knowledge.

Here's where things get interesting. I don't feel that someone should have to
pay for advice that should be free for the taking.

If individuals are happier healthier people, the world will be a much better
place.  I hope this site will give people a place to start and continue to
improve by giving out this information. I plan to give out workout routines,
diets, tutorials, etc at no charge.
